From our roots as one of the first specialty insurance program administrators serving the moving and storage industry, we have stayed true to our original founding mission: to deliver innovative, customized risk management and insurance solutions that meet the needs of our customers and our industry partners.
Founded in 1993 to support the moving and storage industry in California, Paul Hanson Partners identified moving and storage as an industry in need of a better insurance solution. Backed by an “A-” rated carrier, decades of experience in the market, and breadth of services — including underwriting, distribution, policy administration, billing, loss control and vendor partner offerings — we are a unique program for brokers and customers who want a one-stop, end-to-end approach to insurance and risk management.
In 2017, Paul Hanson Partners and its transportation insurance programs, BizCHOICE Transportation and MOVER’S CHOICE, were acquired by Specialty Program Group LLC, signaling a commitment to continued expansion of our insurance programs. Today our all-lines solution, including workers’ compensation, is offered through a single carrier, bringing streamlined operational efficiency to brokers and customers.
