Clayton is responsible for the management of operations and strategic direction for the MOVER’S CHOICE insurance program. Under his leadership, the program has experienced steady growth and is well-positioned to pivot with the evolving transportation landscape. 

Clayton has spent over 12 years with a consistent focus on the transportation niche.  His insurance carrier experience prior to joining MOVER’S CHOICE in 2019 includes roles in legal, claims, underwriting, program management, sales, and marketing. Clayton received a BA from Penn State University, a JD from the University of Pittsburgh, and his MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. He is a member of the CPCU Society and the Pennsylvania and Indiana State Bar Associations.

Clayton enjoys distance running and hobbies in cars and motor racing. A fourth generation Italian (family name Ciavarella), he is an avid student of Italian language and culture.


Insurance industry veteran Terri Moran leads the underwriting and operational strategies for the MOVER’S CHOICE program. Her extensive experience and underwriting acumen have been instrumental in guiding the program on its growth and profitability trajectory. 

Throughout her career, Terri has held roles in leadership, underwriting and marketing with national insurers including AIG, Vela Insurance Services and Firemans Fund Insurance Company. A staunch industry advocate, she has served as a member of the WSIA Internship Committee, working to attract young professionals to career opportunities.

In her spare time, in addition to enjoying her family, she is a Member and past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Surplus Lines Association of California.


In his 13th year with Paul Hanson Partners, Gabe is responsible for operational partnerships and initiatives, project management and implementation, workflow mapping, process implementation, service quality, and efficiency advancements. His insurance career has spanned sales, human resources and operations. Gabe takes pride in leading with integrity, cultivating healthy work spaces and industry relationships that stand the test of time. 

Gabe holds his Transportation Risk and Insurance Professional (TRIP) designation, is a licensed P&C professional, and earned a degree in business management and leadership. In his spare time he enjoys international travel, competing in club tennis leagues and volunteering in his church’s local community outreach. He attended college on a music scholarship and still enjoys performing on occasion.  


In her role, Shannon is responsible for providing budget and financial advice to the president, leading global teams and strategic initiatives to drive growth, mitigate financial risk and manage change. Her 20-year career has been spent with Paul Hanson Partners and the MOVER’S CHOICE program, working across multiple departments including operations, IT, human resources and accounting.

With a wealth of systems experience and versatility, Shannon has been instrumental in helping to foster a culture of innovation and growth.

Shannon enjoys riding rollercoasters, trips to the ocean, camping and playing softball.


Brandon is responsible for program management, development and growth, and cultivating broker and carrier relationships. He is a champion of fostering a collaborative team environment where innovation can flourish, and is constantly striving to create enhanced services for brokers and insureds.

Brandon’s 12 years in the insurance industry include the retail side, a start-up transportation Risk Retention Group (RRG) and Managing General Agent (MGA), where he was instrumental in developing a successful transportation program that included innovative transportation risk solutions, advancing to vice president within five years. 

He is a licensed property and casualty professional, and spearheads the MOVER’S CHOICE philanthropy efforts with Move for Hunger, a national organization working with the moving industry to reduce food waste and fight hunger. Outside of the office, Brandon likes to fish, hike, kayak, garden and read.
